Alois Alzheimer's Center
Located in Greenhills, Ohio, the Alois Alzheimer Center is the first freestanding facility in the United States designed to serve the Alzheimer afflicted population. This 82 bed facility was a conversion / rehabilitation project of an existing school and was designed, built and furnished by Jonas Cory Developers in 1984. The completed project cost of $2,300,000.00.

Hickory Creek Condominiums
Hickory Creek is a 60 unit condominium project located in Fairfield, Ohio. The project was designed and built by Jonas Cory Developers in 1983 at a cost of $2,400.000.00.

Brookside Intermediate Care Facility For The Mentally Challenged
This 104 bed residential facility for severely and profoundly mentally challenged children and adults was built in 1980 in Mason, Ohio. Jonas Cory Developers built, designed and furnished this 37,000 square foot facility at a cost of $2,500,000.00

Camelot Lake
Another project designed, built and furnished by Jonas Cory Developers for the mentally challenged population; this facility includes 40 beds and was completed in 1984 for $1,000,000.00 and is 12,000 square feet. This facility is located in Fairfield, Ohio.

Twin Lakes Condominiums
This 123 unit condominium project located in Blue Ash, Ohio, was designed and built at a cost $8,600,000.00 IN 1982.

Brookwood Retirement Community
Brookwood is a multi-level community located in Hamilton County, Ohio, which offers independent, assisted and nursing care living. Jonas Cory Developers designed, built and furnished this 175,000 square foot project. Construction was completed in 1987 at an approximate cost of $13,000,000.00.

Huntington Court
Huntington Court was and old 81 bed Nursing Facility. Jonas Cory Developers designed, built and furnished a new 81 bed addition to this Facility in 1995. The existing two story building was remodeled and redesigned as a 32 bed Assisted Living Facility. The construction was completed at a cost of $4,000,000.00

Beeghly Oak
Located in Youngstown, Ohio, this 120 unit nursing home and assisted living center was designed, built and furnished by Jonas Cory Developers with the special need of Alzheimer patients in mind. This 52,400 square foot facility was completed ay a cost of $4,600,000.00 in 1987-88.

Beckham Square
This new 38,500 square foot Class A Office Building was designed, built, and furnished by Jonas Cory Developers in 2009. This building has a geothermal HVAC System as well as many other Green elements.

Community Living Center
The Sister of Saint Joseph
Jonas Cory Developers was commissioned by the Sister of Saint Joseph of Western Pennsylvania in Erie to design and build a Community Living Center (Convent) with a Nursing Home component as well as an Infirmary and apartments in a pod or neighborhood design. Construction completed was in 1992 at a cost of $6,500,000.00.

Elmwood Nursing Home
Jonas Cory Developers was commissioned by Elmwood Centers, Inc. in Green Springs, Ohio to build and furnish a one story 31 bed Nursing Home. Construction completed in 1994 at a cost of $1,750,000.00.

Elmwood Assisted Living
Jonas Cory Developers was commissioned by Elmwood Centers, Inc. In Green Springs, Ohio to build a two story 18 bed Assisted Living Facility including new Administrative office space. Construction completed in 1995 at a cost of $1,750,000.00.

Elmwood MR DD Facility
Jonas Cory Developers was commissioned by Elmwood Centers, Inc. In Green Springs, Ohio to build a two 8 bed Group Homes for the Mentally Retarded. Construction completed in 1997 at a cost of $1,150,000.00.

St. Aloysius Orphanage Group Homes
Jonas Cory Developers designed and built two (2) ten (10) bed group residential homes for abused and neglected children for St. Aloysius Orphanage in Cincinnati, Ohio. This project was completed in 1998 at a cost of $900,000.00.

Community Concepts
Jonas Cory Developers was commissioned by Community Concepts to design, build and furnish a 64 bed group home for the mentally retarded. The building design called for eight / eight bed group homes to built in Mason, Ohio, Gratis, Ohio and Goshen, Ohio to give the appearance of a residence. This project included a 7,500 square foot Administration building. Construction completed in 1997 at a cost of $3,000,000.00.
