History
Jonas Cory Developers’ roots extend back to 1967 when Sam Boymel and his son Steven Boymel organized a small construction operation to support the development of nursing homes wholly owned by the Boymel family. In 1980, father and son separated with Steven Boymel forming Jonas Cory Developers.

Jonas Cory Developers provides total design and construction services, construction only, or construction management services as are appropriate to a client’s needs. In addition, we offer supplemental services such as: initial planning/feasibility and equipment/furniture procurement and installation.

Jonas Cory Developers’ design and construction expertise includes experience developing HealthCare Facilities, office complexes, shopping centers, condo developments, as well as custom homes.
